One Judiciary Square

The tenant improvement project for DGS included 2,500 sf of office space in this DC government building. Offices, conference rooms, and support spaces are enlivened by artwork from various city programs supporting community arts. The reception area was designed with a welcoming reception desk integrated with colorful accent walls. Materials + finishes were chosen for their sustainable properties.

The basement facilities were renovated with durable, high quality materials to provide ADA accessibility. A bright color scheme of blue and yellow was developed to offer lightness. Custom millwork ties together the sink counter, lockers, and bench.
