Plans for a neighborhood park and community center were developed for a series of presentations to this community in Northern Virginia. Facility plans center around the community pool and provide space for meetings and recreation as well as changing rooms. 

A landscaped plaza acts as the community meeting place. Low impact development strategies such as bioswales, restorative native plantings, and permeable paving were incorporated to manage stormwater and enhance the natural beauty of the park. By Rick Schneider with inscape.
